Our pellets do not turn into dust like old or moisture-exposed pellets, which can happen with pellets from big box stores that may be up to two years old. Furthermore, our pellets for grilling do not contain any binding agents or synthetic fillers, unlike others. They are pressed at a high pressure of 10,000 pounds per square inch, using the natural lignin found in the wood protein to bind them together. Each bag weighs 40lbs.
