Product Description
The Bullseye Deluxe is a 22" kettle-style grill that burns pellets like any recteq, but its “afterburner” firepot puts the fire right under the grates, so it heats up much faster than a standard pellet grill and climbs as high as 1,000°F. Steaks get a real crust, burgers get char, and it still holds within 5°F of the set point when you want to run a low smoke all night.
It fits about four racks of baby back ribs, 50 wings or 24 burgers, which makes it the right size for feeding a family on a weeknight. The 18 lb hopper runs about 18 hours, and the upgraded Wi-Fi controller connects it to the recteq app so you can adjust it from inside. A cast iron heat deflector spreads the heat across the chamber, and the dome has wraparound, rainproof vents so the airflow stays right whether you’re smoking or searing.
It’s 304 stainless steel through and through: the barrel, the lid, the cooking chamber and the grates. An offset hinge makes the lid easier to lift, and the bullhorn handles match the rest of the recteq line. The HotFlash ceramic igniter is built to light the grill over 100,000 times, so it’s one part you won’t be replacing.
