Product Description
The DualFire 1200 has two separate chambers with their own controls: a large indirect-heat chamber for smoking and roasting, and a smaller direct-heat chamber for high-heat grilling and searing. Run one, the other, or both at once at different temperatures, so the ribs can smoke on the left while the burgers and dogs cook on the right, and nobody waits.
Each side gets recteq’s PID control, which holds the set temperature steady, and the grill covers 180°F to 700°F, from a long slow smoke to a hard sear. A 70 lb hopper, one of the biggest recteq makes, keeps both chambers fed through the longest cooks. Dual-band Wi-Fi connects it to the recteq app for setting temps and watching the cook from inside, and the push-button controls on the panel mean the app is optional.
