Traeger ModiFIRE Pizza Stone

Product Description

A square cordierite stone that turns the pellet grill into a pizza oven. Cordierite takes high heat without cracking and spreads it evenly across the surface, so the crust cooks through and crisps up instead of going soft in the middle. Works for pizza, flatbread and anything else you’d bake, with wood-fired flavour from the grill.

Fits most Traeger wood pellet grills and sits best on ModiFIRE grates. Not for use on flat top griddles. Expect the grill to take a little longer to preheat with the stone in.

To clean, scrub with a bit of water and let it dry fully before you put it away. No soap, and don’t soak it. Dark spots are normal. Keep it away from sudden temperature changes, like a hot stone in cold water or a frozen pizza on a hot stone.
