The Loaded Wichita is a fully realized offset smoker platform built for pitmasters who want direct command over fire, airflow, and smoke. Made in Kansas and shaped by decades of hands-on pit building, it carries forward a legacy of American craftsmanship while meeting the demands of the modern cook.

At its core is a traditional firebox designed to burn real wood or charcoal and produce clean, thin blue smoke. A taller exhaust stack sharpens draft efficiency for a steadier burn and more even temperatures across the chamber, while a removable heat management plate lets you dial in balanced cooking or pull it entirely for higher heat and stronger airflow. Quarter-inch steel construction holds temperature through overnight cooks and responds predictably to every adjustment you make.

It's also built to move. A redesigned stand paired with front casters makes the pit stable but maneuverable — so you can set up for the wind, the crowd, or the cook in front of you.

Yoder Smokers Pellet Grill Limited Warranty

Yoder Smokers® warrants its pellet grills against defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use, when set up, cleaned, and maintained in accordance with factory recommendations, for the following periods:

Main Cooking Chamber: 10 years (no burn through)
Electronic Control System (ACS controller, thermocouple, auger motor & fans): 3 years (material and manufacturing defects)
Ceramic Igniter: 3 years (material and manufacturing defects)
All Other Components: 6 months (material and manufacturing defects)
Warranty Replacement Components: 1 year from date of shipment

Must be registered at yodersmokers.com within 30 days of purchase for warranty to be valid. This warranty is transferable for the duration of the specific warranty periods. Only premium food-grade pellets may be used as fuel.

Not covered: paint, rust or oxidation (unless structural integrity is compromised), normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, dings, chipping), interior color changes, commercial or food service use, improper assembly or maintenance, accidents, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by environmental conditions.
