The Yoder Smokers YS640S Built-in Pellet Grill is the next product innovation designed in response to those looking to add a Yoder Smokers to that ultimate outdoor kitchen. This built-in design was created with versatility in mind, with three distinct mounting options available to accommodate any layout and provide a seamless mounting process. All three mounting options feature a custom, vented base that not only supports and trims the installed grill, it also helps dissipate trapped heat from the cooking chamber and therefore prolong the service life of the grill. This dissipation of heat also helps protect the counter-top from the intense heat that can be created in those high heat grilling temperatures. In addition, the grill itself has been engineered with a new grease drain threaded into the bottom of the cooking chamber. The new grease drain system features a shutoff valve to keep curious outdoor intruders out of the interior of the grill. Overall, this built-in design is more than meets the eye, combining form and very purposeful function for the perfect outdoor kitchen grilling area.
Yoder Smokers Built-in Pellet Grills come standard with the Yoder Smokers industry leading ACS Control System featuring Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as two integrated food probes for monitoring. A ceramic ignition system, 10-gauge steel construction, Stainless Steel Solid Surface front shelf and American-made quality are also standard on S-Series pellet grills.
