Product Description
The ENOSIGN 80 is a three-burner gas plancha with a solid enamelled cast iron cooking plate. Shrimp, scallops, thin steak and vegetables all cook on the same flat surface, and fat drains off to a tray instead of dripping onto the flames.
The plate is 7 mm thick and warrantied for life. The three burners are controlled separately, so you can sear on one section, cook gently on another, and hold finished food warm on the third. It preheats quickly to 680°F, adjusts down to 300°F, and has enough surface for eight to twelve people.
The plate and chassis are joined seamlessly, so there's no crevice for grease to collect in. After cooking, push the juices down the channel into the tray and scrub the plate with a stainless scourer. The enamel is sealed and non-porous, so it cleans up easily.
The navy chassis is powder-coated galvanized steel, made to resist corrosion and UV outdoors. Made in France, where ENO has been enamelling since 1909.
Included: a soft cover, gas hose, and regulator.
A natural gas conversion kit is available separately.
