With its high-quality enameled cast iron plate, guaranteed for life, heat distribution is uniform, allowing for precise and even cooking. The high edges ensure easy maintenance and clean cooking. Its large cooking surface allows you to prepare dishes for a large number of guests.
Eco-designed, it saves 20% on energy thanks to the double wall of the plate and frame. Heat is thus contained without loss, and the flame's resistance to wind is excellent. Its rapid heating provides an exceptional cooking experience, perfect for searing meats, vegetables, fish, and more. Its 7-position adjustable thermostat allows for precise temperature control from 150 to 360°C.
The Enosign gas collection is available in two sizes: stainless steel or navy blue steel. It can be mounted on the cart of your choice or is available as a combo unit. The protective cover will effectively protect the cooktop.
